MCET NETWORK

The Multi-Country Electricity Transition (MCET) is an international network of energy modelers, policymakers, planners, and advocates working with partners in 10 countries to drive national energy transitions. 

Using cutting-edge, open-source tools like Switch, EnergyRT, and PyPSA, MCET teams design customized decarbonization strategies by combining robust data, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement. Their work identifies opportunities and barriers for decarbonization, aligning insights with national policies and strengthening a global knowledge network to support the transition to a sustainable, decarbonized future.
